Hair talk - Summer hair care products

I've changed my hair care regime completely over the past few years. I used to dye my hair a lot when I was younger - nothing extreme, just either blonde or dark. There were three products I would constantly buy: shampoo, conditioner and very strong hair spray. I washed my hair every day with shampoo which wasn't designed for daily washing; I used conditioner rarely, maybe once every two weeks and hair spray almost every day. My hair wasn't exactly in bad shape but it was far from amazing. My dark hair has now almost completely grown out and it feels so much lighter and healthier.

The picture on the left was taken exactly 1 year ago - you can see how long it has taken for me to grow my natural colour back. My ends are still a bit darker but I am planning to have a haircut pretty soon!

Now that my hair is so much healthier and I have more control over it, I thought I'd share my top 5 hair products for the summer that I've found useful.

Aussie Shampoo Repair Miracle for All Kinds of Naughty Hair has been my number one product over the last month. This shampoo contains Australian Macadamia Nut Oil, Jojoba-seed Oil and Avocado Oil, which make my hair super soft and silky. I've also noticed that Aussie products have been much better at untangling my hair than any other shampoos.

Gilchrist & Soames Spa Therapy Sea Moss Conditioner - this is a small sample size bottle I took with me when I was staying in an Estonian hotel. You can see this conditioner shining through the clear bottle, it looks beautiful! It has a light, silky formula, it detangles knots easily and it prevents split ends. It contains marine extracts of Japanese sea moss and smells a bit citrus-y. This is one of the best conditioners I have ever used, it makes my hair look so healthy. I need to buy a bigger bottle!

Once a week I treat my hair with L'Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Nourishing Masque. This masque has a buttery formula and feels very rich in my hair. It has a sweet delicate floral scent and contains avocado, grape seed, argan and cotton seed oils. This deep conditioning treatment has really made a difference in my life, my hair feels so hydrated and shiny. I usually keep it in my hair for around 5 minutes. Once it has been rinsed and dried, I don't have to use anything else.

Toni & Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray helps me out when I am having a lazy morning. I just spray it in my hair and style with fingers. This spray has a very light texture and doesn't leave hair heavy or greasy. I love how easy it is to get volume with this spray!

Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm is my first choice after washing my hair. It works as a primer, so it can be the base for other styling products or it can be used alone perfectly. After applying this balm, I can see the result in seconds. My hair is soft, managable and easy to style. As my hair is very fine and doesn't have much volume, this product has been a miracle.

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

Minu lemmikud tooted - Austraalia eri

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...
