Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream

I've used Elizabeth Arden skin care and make-up products before, so I was really happy when Tristan got me this beautiful Eight Hour Cream gift set for Christmas. I have been using them since and it has been such a big help in the cold and windy Manchester weather.

After looking up a bit of history behind Elizabeth Arden I was surprised to find out that Eight Hour Cream was first created in 1930. This award winning cream has been around for so many years, helping people with skin dryness and flaking.

It soothes the skin, provides relief for chapped lips, smoothes rough patches on knees, feet and elbows and softens tough hard cuticles. It is a fast absorbing hydrating cream which lavishes the entire body, saturates deeply and moisturises intensely while leaving skin luxuriously soft and smooth for eight beautiful hours.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant - 50ml
  • Hydrates and moisturises the skin
  • Contains vitamin E - restores and calms the skin
  • Can be applied on minor burns, sunburns, windburn, scrapes, abrasions, cracked lips, dry hands, cracked cuticles and nails, chapping/peeling/flaking skin, etc.
  • Suitable for all skin types - though I wouldn't recommend it on excessively oily skin
  • Can be used all year round, as its perfect for every problem skin might experience

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment - 30ml
  • Fast-absorbing and moisturising
  • Does not leave hands greasy
  • Essential for cold weather - keeps hands and cuticles from cracking

  • Protects from the sun with SPF 15 protection
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick SPF 15 - 3.7g

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

10 things to do in Rockhampton

I have still a couple more posts coming up about my Australian trip. I hope they are an interesting read! After Brisbane , we flew to Tristan's hometown Rockhampton where we spent the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday. Rockhampton is a small city in Queensland with a population of around 62,000 people. Rockhampton experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, which means it is a good place for tourism and outdoor activities. Known as the "Beef Capital of Australia" there is much more to do than just sit in the pub and eat burgers! I have made a list of 10 things you can do around Rockhampton. 1. Rockhampton Kershaw Botanical Gardens are a well visited attraction in Rockhampton. The park has many paved walking paths, rest areas, drinking fountains and beautiful scenery with many palms and tropical flowers.   2. Quay Street in Rockhampton is full of beautiful architecture and old buildings. The city centre (main street) is not very big but I think we spent at ...
