What I've Been Watching Recently // New TV Shows

I can honestly admit that I am addicted to TV shows. I watch too many series and I think this year has been the ''busiest'' so far. I never used to watch so many shows at once; I only had a couple of shows I'd follow every now and then but now I can't even miss one episode! There have been so many new shows out this year and I am still constantly finding new ones to get hooked on. Here are my top 6 new TV shows for 2015:
Blindspot - I was a bit sceptical about this one when I first saw the trailer but I am absolutely hooked now! I love TV shows with action, crime solving, a bit of mystery and beautiful actresses.

Blood and Oil - I started watching this show because of actor Scott Michael Foster (from Chasing Life) and I love his character in Blood And Oil too. He plays a troubled rich boy and I'm excited to see where it all leads. I also love a good drama but only if they don't drag it out too long!

Sense 8 - This is a Netflix Original show and as the whole season was available to watch at once, I finished all episodes in less than three days. This is one of my favourite shows at the moment and I hope it is brought back soon for a second season. I might watch it again if I ever run out things to watch - it was just so good! My favourite characters are Wolfgang and Kala. Let me know your favourites if you've ever watched too!

Humans - I don't watch much British TV nor am I a big fan of science fiction but Humans is definitely worth a watch. It's not too futuristic and is quite easy to follow and understand. Again, it has action, drama and the characters are all really easy to like.

Stitchers - I'm not a massive fan of Stitchers but I've been giving it a chance as it is still quite entertaining. It is a bit confusing and drags in places. Luckily all of the actors connect well, making the show more likable.

Grace and Frankie is a funny, cute and light-hearted Netflix TV show which I'm usually watching just before bed. Episodes are also only 30 minutes long so they're over before you know it

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

10 things to do in Rockhampton

I have still a couple more posts coming up about my Australian trip. I hope they are an interesting read! After Brisbane , we flew to Tristan's hometown Rockhampton where we spent the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday. Rockhampton is a small city in Queensland with a population of around 62,000 people. Rockhampton experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, which means it is a good place for tourism and outdoor activities. Known as the "Beef Capital of Australia" there is much more to do than just sit in the pub and eat burgers! I have made a list of 10 things you can do around Rockhampton. 1. Rockhampton Kershaw Botanical Gardens are a well visited attraction in Rockhampton. The park has many paved walking paths, rest areas, drinking fountains and beautiful scenery with many palms and tropical flowers.   2. Quay Street in Rockhampton is full of beautiful architecture and old buildings. The city centre (main street) is not very big but I think we spent at ...
