OOTD - Valga, Estonia

Finally I have a chance to post some outfit pictures. I haven't made a proper outfit post for so long! I think winter time is always the most quiet for me - bad weather and lighting are the main turn offs. In the colder season I mainly think about comfort, warmth and how to get inside quicker. I made a promise to myself to go out and get few more fashion shots this month.

Before Christmas, Tristan and I visited Estonia and took some pictures in my home town Valga. There is not much to see or do - everything looks old, broken and worn-out. I included few pictures of Tristan - the background suits his style so well!

My black coat is from Armand Thiery. It was my favourite buy this winter. I love everything about it - style, colour, material. The coat has a large scarf-like hood and it is super cosy and warm. I am wearing a Primark scarf and boots, Zara dark blue jeans and my big leather bag is from Taurus.

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

10 things to do in Rockhampton

I have still a couple more posts coming up about my Australian trip. I hope they are an interesting read! After Brisbane , we flew to Tristan's hometown Rockhampton where we spent the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday. Rockhampton is a small city in Queensland with a population of around 62,000 people. Rockhampton experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, which means it is a good place for tourism and outdoor activities. Known as the "Beef Capital of Australia" there is much more to do than just sit in the pub and eat burgers! I have made a list of 10 things you can do around Rockhampton. 1. Rockhampton Kershaw Botanical Gardens are a well visited attraction in Rockhampton. The park has many paved walking paths, rest areas, drinking fountains and beautiful scenery with many palms and tropical flowers.   2. Quay Street in Rockhampton is full of beautiful architecture and old buildings. The city centre (main street) is not very big but I think we spent at ...
