Another holiday planned and OOTD

It is already November but it doesn't feel like it at all!  I've still got plans before the year ends - Christmas (of course!) and a little trip to Estonia. We're only going to be there for a week but that hasn't stopped me thinking about everything we'll do while we are there! I really want to visit the Tallinn Traditional Old Town Christmas Market (link here if interested) so we'll be spending a night in Tallinn. Most of the time we are in Estonia we will be in the south, in my little hometown Valga. I've not been back to Estonia for about a year, so it will probably feel quite strange and different! Anyway, I will write a bit more about our trip and Estonia when the time comes closer! I have been back in Manchester for two weeks since our Australia trip and I have finally had the chance to go out and take some pictures.

To start with here I am wearing my Reiss Muse Boyfriend Jumper in Pastel Green. I bought this jumper about a year ago and it is still one of my favourites! It is super soft, comfy and I absolutely love the mint colour. On top, I am wearing my Fishbone leather jacket - I bought this ages ago. If I remember correctly I must have got it in my first year at uni, about 7 years ago! When it comes to pieces like this I can be very sentimental, which is why I still have it! My jeans are from Zara but I have just realised I have been wearing them too often! I am quite fussy with jeans, it is so hard for me to find a comfortable pair. I should probably go jeans-shopping soon.

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

10 things to do in Rockhampton

I have still a couple more posts coming up about my Australian trip. I hope they are an interesting read! After Brisbane , we flew to Tristan's hometown Rockhampton where we spent the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday. Rockhampton is a small city in Queensland with a population of around 62,000 people. Rockhampton experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, which means it is a good place for tourism and outdoor activities. Known as the "Beef Capital of Australia" there is much more to do than just sit in the pub and eat burgers! I have made a list of 10 things you can do around Rockhampton. 1. Rockhampton Kershaw Botanical Gardens are a well visited attraction in Rockhampton. The park has many paved walking paths, rest areas, drinking fountains and beautiful scenery with many palms and tropical flowers.   2. Quay Street in Rockhampton is full of beautiful architecture and old buildings. The city centre (main street) is not very big but I think we spent at ...
