Origins Super Spot Remover

Recently I've had a couple of spots. Once I start breaking out I find that it is hard to keep my face clean and clear. I have been using tea trea oil to fight my rare but still occasional blemishes. It works perfectly, though it tends to irritate my skin a bit.

I was watching some of my favourite vloggers on Youtube for their skin care routines - what they are using and how they fight breakouts. A few of them I found have been talking about Origins Day Care Spot Remover Anti Blemish Treatment Gel, so I decided to try it for myself!

It comes in an adorable cute little blue 10ml bottle and it fights, fades and heals spots and blemishes. By applying just a small dab of the treatment gel, salicylic acid instantly starts healing the skin. Skin-claming caffeine and red algae helps to visibly relieve irritating redness and super exfoliators help skin look spotless by eliminating excess oils and pore-clogging debris.

This gel is quite thick so I think it would be perfect to use through the night. I have been using it during the day also when I have a makeup free afternoon or weekend. I think it is best to use on a clean face so the gel can properly do its work. In just a couple of hours I can notice a huge difference in the size and appearance of spots, I also felt they were less irritated. I have sensitive skin and as Origins is a natural cosmetics brand, it suits me fine! I was worried when I saw how tiny the bottle was at first but I have found after using it that only a very small amount of gel comes out at once, so I am sure it will last me ages! A 10ml bottle costs £16 which is a bit pricey but it has definitely been worth it so far!

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. I've not seen much progress myself - I still have my weak areas like tummy, bum and thighs. I do feel much stronger though! I'm doing all of the workouts properly, I have strength in my legs and arms - it is quite easy to do 10 push ups and continue with triceps and mountain clim...

Esimene trimester ehk esimesed kolm kuud \\ beebi number 2

10 things to do in Rockhampton

I have still a couple more posts coming up about my Australian trip. I hope they are an interesting read! After Brisbane , we flew to Tristan's hometown Rockhampton where we spent the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday. Rockhampton is a small city in Queensland with a population of around 62,000 people. Rockhampton experiences over 300 days of sunshine each year, which means it is a good place for tourism and outdoor activities. Known as the "Beef Capital of Australia" there is much more to do than just sit in the pub and eat burgers! I have made a list of 10 things you can do around Rockhampton. 1. Rockhampton Kershaw Botanical Gardens are a well visited attraction in Rockhampton. The park has many paved walking paths, rest areas, drinking fountains and beautiful scenery with many palms and tropical flowers.   2. Quay Street in Rockhampton is full of beautiful architecture and old buildings. The city centre (main street) is not very big but I think we spent at ...
