Pink Sunday

I recently noticed that my style is slowly fading and I am wearing lots of blacks and greys. I added some colours to my style and created this girly outfit, which I love! Now summer is on the way I can hopefully wear more colours and light clothes. Even though it was a bit windy and rainy today I really enjoyed walking around in my pink fluffy cardigan. 

I am wearing a kitty face t-shirt and pink cardigan from Primark, Fat Face denim jeans and my bag is brand named Taurus from TKMaxx. My leopard ballerinas are also from Primark. 

I have actually been positively surprised by Primark. A few months back I started to shop there again, as some time back I was disappointed about its quality and I just didn't like to shop there anymore. I noticed that instead of going crazy about all these cheap things I could find, it was much more successful shopping for me as I took time to look around properly. I think it was the first time in 4 years I went to the changing room and tried the clothing on. In my own experience, I know how many times I have been lining up for the dressing room and have never got there because the whole time I am standing and waiting, before finally realizing I don't want to spend any more time there and leave before trying anything on. Anyway, I did it and wasted all of my precious time in both lines at the dressing room and at the till but also spent it wisely and got rid of a few things that didn't suit me and saved my money! For me going to Primark is like a little adventure now, I am digging out the best!

The Body Shop Manchester Arndale Bloggers Event

I've been blogging for almost two years now but I'd still consider myself a newbie in the blogging world. On Thursday I had the chance to go to my first bloggers event at The Body Shop in Manchester to celebrate the release of an amazing new range on the 5th of May, including new bronzing items and a couple of vitamin C products! I was wearing my butterfly bow-tie brooch to the event and styled it with a white short sleeved shirt. It was a closed door event, so it was a good opportunity to browse all of the products and explore the new ones thoroughly! The event started at 8pm and I was one of the first ones to arrive. Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide - Starting again

The last time I posted about my workout regime was in November last year when I started the Kayla Itsines BBG healthy eating plan and 12 week workout sessions. I think I got up to week 4 before I lost my motivation because of illness and Christmas. My friend Marianne and I started BBG again on the 5th of January with thousands of other girls and joined #thekaylamovement and #kaylasarmy to share our journey along this painful but exciting path.  You can read my first post about the BBG programme here as I am explaining a bit more on how I 'found' Kayla and how the training works.  I have done BBG for 5 weeks now (the first 2 weeks we did pre-training) and I'm feeling quite positive. OOTD - The sun has come out!

It has been such a long time since my last fashion post, I've been missing them so much! The second the sun came out, Tristan and I went to the canal and took a few pictures. I think it is still too early for sunglasses but a light jacket is okay when you wear a jumper underneath (Primark) and a cosy leopard print scarf (Linea Cashmink) around your neck.  My black Veromoda jacket and shoes are both from Best Secret. You'll all know by now how much I've been raving about it. I think it is an amazing place for online shopping. I love the copper detailing and the simple look on my jacket, plus it's super lightweight. My trainers are by Puma & Alexander McQueen (click here to read my previous post).
