Black, grey and white

Finally, Spring has arrived in Manchester and I had the chance to wear something lighter than my parka. I already mentioned this tweed coat in the last post I made about my Sheinside order. When it first arrived I was a bit disappointed. I ordered a size S, though I should probably have gone with a size bigger as it looked more like a blazer/cardigan on me. It has 3/4 sleeves and is made from a very light material. Now after wearing it outside I've realised it is definitely something I need in this kind of weather.
Bag is Lorbac which is actually quite vintage, as it was given to me by my mum. I've loved this bag since I was little. It is a cute, small size. I love black leather bags. The scarf I am wearing is also my mums -  this is my favourite scarf. I like the simple grey colour and curtain-like material.
Please don't mind my hair colour, I am trying to grow this dark dye out. And a little note - it was very windy today near the canal, so my hair is going everywhere!

  1. I have a suggestion if you want to strip your hair colour (as I am changing it often). You can simply wash out all the dark dye (or most of it) by using colour b4 after a cleansing shampoo (or washing liquid - differs only in price). You will need to re-hydrate your hair after the treatment, but it isn't that bad. If you choose to try it you must follow the instructions really carefully and it will work!

The Body Shop Manchester Arndale Bloggers Event

I've been blogging for almost two years now but I'd still consider myself a newbie in the blogging world. On Thursday I had the chance to go to my first bloggers event at The Body Shop in Manchester to celebrate the release of an amazing new range on the 5th of May, including new bronzing items and a couple of vitamin C products! I was wearing my butterfly bow-tie brooch to the event and styled it with a white short sleeved shirt. It was a closed door event, so it was a good opportunity to browse all of the products and explore the new ones thoroughly! The event started at 8pm and I was one of the first ones to arrive. We were welcomed with milkshakes, fruit cocktails and lemonade. I went for water - shy and modest! There was also a white chocolate fountain and strawberries we had the chance to enjoy. The event was carried out by Fiona - she is a skin expert at the Manchester store. Everyone was able to get personal skin consult...

OOTD - The sun has come out!

It has been such a long time since my last fashion post, I've been missing them so much! The second the sun came out, Tristan and I went to the canal and took a few pictures. I think it is still too early for sunglasses but a light jacket is okay when you wear a jumper underneath (Primark) and a cosy leopard print scarf (Linea Cashmink) around your neck.  My black Veromoda jacket and shoes are both from Best Secret. You'll all know by now how much I've been raving about it. I think it is an amazing place for online shopping. I love the copper detailing and the simple look on my jacket, plus it's super lightweight. My trainers are by Puma & Alexander McQueen (click here to read my previous post). I also just noticed that I don't have any good shots of my Michael Kors bag, which I absolutely adore by the way! I'm sure everybody knows how beautiful these bags are so I think this will do for now. The bag and scarf were both Christmas presents fr...

Lilla Rose Flexi Clips

Today I want to talk a bit about my hair and my recent purchase from a company called Lilla Rose . Lilla Rose is a unique hair and jewellery accessory company from the US. They have many different hair items but I was more interested in their beautiful and well-known Flexi Clip. I got myself two of these - Autumn's Delight in size small and Festive Leaf in extra small. Before ordering I made sure of which size would fit best for my flat and thin hair.       Both of my Flexi Clips look stunning. The beaded wire is quite bendable but strong, the sliding pin is adjustable and they feel high-quality. I chose mine in a copper/rust shade but there are also silver and gold shades and so many different styles and colours available. As I recently cut my long hair short, I don't have many options with styling. I usually just wear my hair in a ponytail or a half ponytail. Autumn's Delight fits all my hair between the clip and Festive Leaf is perfect for a smal...
